  • Reservations are subject to room availability.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Incorrect information may result in cancellation of the reservation.

3. Booking Expiration

Reservations awaiting payment will remain active for 15 minutes after booking creation.

If payment is not completed within this period, the booking will automatically expire and the reserved room(s) will be released for other guests.

4. Payment

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
  • Available payment methods may include Bank Transfer, Virtual Account, Credit Card, QRIS, and E-Wallets.
  • Prices displayed are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Applicable taxes and service charges may be included in the final amount.

5. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: Before 12:00 PM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on promotional offers or booking conditions.
  • Approved refunds will be processed according to the payment provider's policy.
  • Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the selected payment method.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Respect other guests and property rules.
  • Keep the accommodation in good condition.
  • Be responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
  • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

8. Property Rules

  • No illegal activities are permitted.
  • No smoking inside non-smoking rooms.
  • Pets are only permitted if explicitly allowed.
  • Maximum room occupancy must not be exceeded.

9. Website Availability
